Event Planning – We provide everything for a special occasion and plan the event in every detail with the customer.  This includes fitting of  chairs covers, sashes, table cloths, backdrops,centre pieces and everything else. Only available in the North East.

For those who want to manage there own event they can also hire all they need from Tyne Events. This service is offered nationwide and  includes most of the following:

    • Chair Covers One of the most important things at your function. These cover up the tired looking chairs, dressing them up into something that looks really special
    • Table Cloth Hire – Why have the standard table clothes your function venue offers? Ours come in a range of styles, colours and finishes to really make things stand out
    • Table Centre Pieces – The crowning glory of any table arrangement. We offer bespoke design that you can can keep to remember the day or if your budget does not stretch to that we can simply hire you the centre pieces to make your tables really pop
    • Sashes – together with chair covers transform any chair
    • Table Runners – together with top quality table clothes that make a table look fantastic and can be matched with sashes
    • Backdrops - We offer a variety of backdrops which make wedding and other occasions spectacular
    • Candy Buffet/SweetTable - They are becoming extremely popular at all special occasions
    • New White starlit dance floor  - give your venue the Wow factor with this RGB dance floor which can change to any colour to meet the colour theme from £325
    • Giant illuminating Mr and Mrs letters 1.6m high and over 9m wide give your event the wow factor from £350
